The Role

We're looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive who knows their stuff. You've been in the motortrade a while, you're good with people, and you know how to close a deal without burning bridges. We need someone who can get on with the job without needing to be 'hand held' every step of the way.

Let's be straight: this isn't a training role. You should be at a point in your career where you're confident, know what you're doing, and are ready to make a real impact from the start.

About You

You're the kind of person who picks up product knowledge quickly and can talk about cars in a way that's confident, not pushy. You actually enjoy working with nice cars and get a buzz from matching the right person with the right vehicle.

You understand that this job requires a bit of flexibility. Sometimes that might mean staying half an hour late to finish a deal you know is going to pay off. You're motivated by earning more, and you're happy to put in the work to make that happen.

We're not a big, stuffy corporate company. It's a more direct, hands-on environment. If you prefer clear expectations and rewards based directly on your performance, you'll fit right in. We need professionals who take ownership of their role, are hungry to succeed, and want to share in the business's success.

Key Responsibilities

Talking to customers, figuring out what they really need, and finding them the perfect car.

Showing off our vehicles professionally on the forecourt and on test drives.

Negotiating and closing deals, making sure everyone's happy.

Building good relationships so customers come back and recommend us.

Hitting your sales targets, plain and simple.

Keeping your knowledge about our cars and finance options up to date.

You'll Need

Solid experience in car sales - this is essential.

Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport.

A results-focused mindset.

A full UK driving licence.

What You'll Get

A 25,000 basic salary.
