Job Overview
Cartwright Jenson Group A is seeking a
dedicated, dynamic, and results-driven Closer
to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong sales instincts, excellent phone etiquette, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Closer, you'll be responsible for finalising sales, nurturing client relationships, and converting pre-qualified leads into long-term investors. You'll work with a motivated, ambitious team in our luxury offices in Waterloo, London, while representing one of the most exciting investment products in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored investment solutions.
Convert warm, pre-qualified inbound leads from Google and social media campaigns --
no cold calling required

Conduct consultations with potential investors, guiding them through the
cask acquisition process
.
Finalise sales transactions efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Utilise effective
upselling and closing techniques
to maximise sales and enhance the client experience.
Build and maintain long-term relationships by offering market insights, updates, and strategic advice.
Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with interested prospects to ensure consistent deal flow.
Represent the company at
exclusive client events
, including whisky tastings, distillery tours, race days, and hospitality events.
Maintain an organised workspace and ensure all merchandising displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales targets and contribute to the company's ongoing success.
Requirements
Minimum 1
years' experience in B2C or investment sales
, with a proven track record of closing deals.
Strong communication skills
, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients.
Excellent objection handling
and negotiation abilities.
High energy, ambition, and hunger for success in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math and organisational skills
to manage transactions and workload effectively.
Experience in merchandising or luxury goods sales is advantageous, but not essential.
