Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine accessories
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:

Minimum of 3
years of experience as a CNC Machinist
- Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience with plastics injection molding is a plus
- Knowledge of mechanical principles and ability to assemble components
- Familiarity with tooling, power tools, hand tools, and CAD software such as SolidWorks and Fusion 360
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
