talented Content Creator
to join our marketing team with
3 years or more experience
as a social media manager or similar. You will have experience of delivering strategic campaigns which raise brand awareness and drive business growth.

The Role in Brief:
You will be responsible for researching, writing and delivering engaging, high-quality content that supports our marketing campaigns. You will focus on creating written, photo and video content for our website and social media channels, primarily LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
:
Regular visits to our live / recently completed projects to take photography / videography content. This will involve travel to our project sites, most of which are construction sites, to capture content.
Arranging and managing photography and videography shoots with external specialists. This will include arranging with client, scriptwriting where required, and on-site presence on day of shoots for co-ordination.
Writing blogs, articles, case studies and news bulletins for publication on our website, industry publications and industry news partners. Updating this content onto our website.
Managing our company LinkedIn account (main channel) with regular, quality updates, and showing a presence on other agreed social channels.
Creating mailshots for circulation to our database, using Mailchimp.
Contributing with ideas and ways to improve our content schedule / planning.
Assisting with design to create on-brand material and marketing literature where required.
What We're Looking For:
3 years' experience as a social media manager utilising LinkedIn.
Skill in photography / videography, ideally including with drones.
Experience using platforms such as: InDesign, Canva, Mailchimp.
A broad understanding of SEO using 'Yoest SEO' on a Wordpress website.
High attention to detail and a creative ability to ensure content is in accord with our brand guidelines.
Strong writing skills, ideally with experience as a copywriter.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to commute to DA2 7SE and travel to project sites is essential.
It goes without saying that you will be a team player with a flexible attitude, will be self-motivated and are someone who thrives in a collaborative working environment.

A competitive salary package, up to 35,000 PA depending on experience.
