Content Creator and Social Media Manager

We are looking for a part time Social Media and Content Manager to join us at the Natural Energy Company!With this, you will be strategising and producing content across our social media and YouTube content across platforms to educate our audience and drive awareness to our brand.

We are a family run company with over 20 years experience in the renewable energy sector. Our mission? To make renewable energy simple, accessible, and inspiring. We're looking for a creative, driven, and digitally savvy Social Media & Content Creator to help expand our digital presence.

What you'll do:

Create and manage social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Produce high-quality photo, video, and written content Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals Track performance and grow engagement organically Collaborate with our team to turn insights into exciting, educational content Monitor social media channels for trends and customer feedback, responding promptly.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in social media and content creation Strong copywriting, photography, and video editing skills Passion for what we do! Sustainability and the renewable energy industry Creative thinker with great attention to detail The ability to understand the overlap between smart marketing solutions and lead generation

Skills and Expertise:

In particular within this role, we are looking for an individual who has experience in operating a camera to deliver studio level productions for Youtube both in our studio and on shoot locations. This includes experience in Davinci Resolve & Capcut to deliver high quality, colour accurate, and great sounding edits of the shoots. These are to be uploaded across our socials including Meta platforms, TikTok, YouTube and others. Further, to be experienced in content tools such as Canva.

Within this role, we are looking for someone to commit to 3 days per week.
