We are a well-established local law firm looking for a solicitor/legal executive/licensed conveyancer to join our busy CQS accredited conveyancing team. The successful applicant will be based at one of our offices in Blackpool, Fleetwood, Poulton-le-Fylde or Thornton-Cleveleys.

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer to work in a friendly environment where they will be encouraged to grow their knowledge and develop their skills with the support of an experienced team. You will be joining a team of experienced fee earners and solicitors and you will have the responsibility for your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing work within an already well-established conveyancing department.

The role will include:

Managing a caseload of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, freehold and leasehold property, shared ownership, new builds and Help to Buy Building and maintaining strong relationships with our client base

The successful candidate will:

Have a background in property and conveyancing, with experience in residential conveyancing Have a positive, can-do attitude Be cool under pressure, with the ability to prioritise and adapt to the needs of the business and client base Be open to learning new technologies and skills Have a passion for client care, attention to detail and pride in the quality of their work

Experience and skills

Experience in residential conveyancing as a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer
