Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to customers.
Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing any dietary requirements or preferences.
Requirements
Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
Strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
