Credit Controller - Zodeq

The Role

We are seeking a Credit Controller to join our busy team. The role home-based, with some days from our Chester office (city centre). You will be supporting the security and profitability of Zodeq through efficient verification and credit control of a portfolio of clients, reviewing key trends and acting on them.

Main duties will include but are not limited to:

Credit Control - chasing c400 live debtors via telephone and email, focussing on balances over 60 days.

Supporting with high-risk ledger as required.

Provide feedback and updates to Operations team and client as required.

Answering client queries via email and telephone.

Assist where required with new client take-ons.

Other day to day duties as required.

Who we're looking for

Experienced Credit Controller with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of Dancerace system.

Computer literacy in Microsoft programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiar with recruitment back-office processes, or experience of the recruitment Sector.

Effective communicator with strong attention to detail.

Excellent telephone manner.

ABFA qualifications or day workshops is preferred but not essential.

Knowledge of the invoice finance sector is preferred but not essential.
