Experienced Events Crew Chiefs required

We are a London based events crewing company who presently have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Crew Chiefs to join our dynamic team.

As part of our team you will have the opportunity to work on a large range of events from corporate events, PR shows, product launches, brand experiences, festivals, AV installations and many more. You will be working at a variety of iconic London venues providing assistance to the production teams.

As Crew Chief, you will:

Lead and supervise teams on-site, ensuring high standards of work and health and safety Act as the key point of contact between crew and clients. Delegate tasks effectively to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule. Provide regular updates to the office on job status and team performance.
To be considered, you must have:

Minimum 3 years' experience in event crewing, including at least 2 years as Crew Chief. Verifiable references confirming your experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
All crew members must also demonstrate:

Punctuality and reliability. A proactive, positive "can do" attitude. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Physical fitness (some tasks involve heavy lifting). Adhere to health & safety and correct lifting procedures. Own steel toe cap safety shoes. Excellent English communication skills.
We offer shifts on a freelance basis with a competitive average hourly rate for Crew Chiefs from 18 to 22 per hour depending on experience and skills. Additional supplements can be earned on top of these wages.

Shifts are offered 24 hrs a day 7 days a week with a minimum shift of 3 hours (minimum call). Therefore, you must be prepared to work sociable and unsociable hours if you wish to join our team. The right candidates will need to be able to easily access central London 24/7 for shifts of 3 hrs duration or more.
