Responsibilities



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Handle complaints and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism. Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain an organised record of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies. Creating orders and invoices Maintaining social media accounts

Skills



Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions accurately. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently. Knowledge of merchandising principles is a plus. Professional phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions. Experience with word, excel, outlook and teams Experience with social media posting daily across our platforms Be able to adapt to learning new skills Experience in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
