We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Duties

Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess patients' health status, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team. Assist in the development and implementation of individualised care plans based on patients' needs. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care measures. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and organisational policies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Uphold hygiene and safety standards within the clinical environment.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification with relevant registration is essential. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, demonstrating strong patient care skills. Knowledge of anatomy is highly desirable to effectively assess and manage patient conditions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with patients and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
