Integrated Promotions Ltd are hiring on behalf of St Ann's Hospice, Greater Manchester.

You will be employed by Integrated Promotions on behalf of St Ann's Hospice to market St Ann's Hospice Lottery and Regular Giving to gain new members to help with their vital funding, in local supermarkets, local events and visiting potential supporters in their own homes.

St Ann's Hospice are a charity and provide specialist palliative care for people with cancer and non-cancer life limiting illnesses, at all stages of their illness. All their services are free of charge and the sooner that they are involved, the more they can help.

St Ann's Hospice run a local lottery which is now their single biggest fundraiser generating more than 1 million in profit each year.

The role is to explain the vital importance that the Lottery/Regular Giving is to the charity and invite them to join for a couple of s per week. Collectively you will make a huge difference.

The role is salaried i.e. 20k per annum enhanced by commission, 4 weeks annual leave plus statutory holidays and pension scheme, or self-employed if you prefer. Full or part time options. Own car is essential to the role.

Full training via Zoom/Teams and coaching in the field is provided. You will be issued with a liveried uniform consisting of polo shirts, fleece and winter coat, all point-of-sale materials and an electronic tablet to sign up new supporters.

Customer service/face-to-face/people person and a good listener would be an advantage.

Proven track record in sales and achieving targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Ability to build and maintain client relationships Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools Experience in market research and identifying customer needs
