We are currently looking for a Early Years Practitioners (Nursery Nurse), LEVEL 2 or 3 for 38 hours per week at our Balderton Nursery.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Plan and implement engaging early childhood education activities that promote learning and development.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive environment.
Assist in managing daily nursery operations and support leadership in maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in early childhood education and childcare settings
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents
Previous nursery experience, demonstrating ability to support children's development
Leadership and management skills to guide and mentor junior staff
Commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners
Because of the nature of this job, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken.
