We are hiring an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our busy team. If you have worked with commercial embroidery machines before and take pride in producing high-quality work, this could be a great fit. About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to help produce high-quality embroidered garments and products. You will be responsible for running embroidery machines, applying logos and designs according to customer orders, and supporting the daily flow of production. This role plays an important part in maintaining our high standards and ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the embroidery department.

Main Duties Will Include:



Operating embroidery machines, including those with multiple needles

Preparing machines by selecting the correct threads, adjusting the tension, and loading design files

Reviewing order sheets to check for logo placement, thread colours, garment types, and sizes

Preparing garments by hooping and getting them ready for embroidery

Uploading designs and templates using the computer system

Checking finished garments to ensure correct alignment, colour accuracy, and overall quality

Removing backing, folding, and packing items for delivery

Keeping your work area clean and following all health and safety guidelines

Assisting with other production tasks as needed

Keeping an eye on supplies and notifying the team when more threads or materials are required

What We Are Looking For:



Experience in a similar embroidery or garment production role is preferred

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing neat, accurate work

Ability to understand and follow order instructions

Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and work flexibly

Reliable and organised, with good timekeeping

A positive, team-focused attitude

Requirements:



Previous experience is preferred, but we will consider applicants who are willing and able to learn

A strong interest in building skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
