We are now looking to recruit an experienced and motivated
Sales Negotiator
to join our team.Role Overview
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales progression process. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in estate agency sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Registering and qualifying potential buyers Conducting property viewings with professionalism and local knowledge Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes Progressing sales through to completion, maintaining regular contact with all parties involved Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on CRM systems Supporting the wider team and network of offices with general sales office duties
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency (essential) Strong knowledge of the wider Warrington property market and surrounding areas Excellent communication and negotiation skills Highly motivated and customer-focused Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, well-presented, and punctual

Pay: 23,709.50 per year
