This is a full-time role for someone confident in the day-to-day responsibilities of estate agency - booking and conducting viewings, arranging valuations, liaising with buyers and sellers, handling negotiations, progressing sales, and delivering outstanding customer service.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in estate agency (essential) Organised, professional and self-motivated Keen to progress into property valuations and instructions A strong team player with excellent client-facing skills Full UK driving licence (essential)

Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying and selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Prepare property listings, including photographs and descriptions, to attract potential buyers or renters. Organise viewings and open houses, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light. Provide regular contact / reviews to sellers on the market with us. Register prospective buyers and match them to suitable properties Negotiate offers on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are represented. Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings using administrative tools. Collaborate with other property professionals such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors to facilitate smooth transactions.

Pay: 27,000.00-32,000.00 per year
