Estate Agent/Property Valuer

Salary - 30,000 - 35,000 OTE

Job Type - Full Time (35 hours per week)

Manny Klarico Estate Agents is a leading independent estate agency. Our fast-paced, expanding office, is able to provide you with the opportunity of increasing your estate agency experience or even providing you with a potential career pathway in this industry.

We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Residential Estate Agent/Property Valuer to join our well-established team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a respected independent estate agency covering South Birmingham. We do not require you to have experience in this role as thorough training will be provided. As part of this role, we are looking for a dedicated, motivated and target driven individual as this role offers an exciting commission structure and will enable you to develop further skills and knowledge in this area.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Previous estate agency experience would be preferred but not required Computer Literate as we work paperless where possible. This would include Word, Excel, Emailing Systems Excellent time management skills Excellent Organisation skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Well Presented Target Driven Team Player Full UK Driving License and car for which mileage is paid
