The Role
We're looking for a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team in Springvale, Cwmbran. You'll be working on a range of projects that support environmental and industrial development, with opportunities to grow your skills and contribute to meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out MIG and TIG welding on various metals including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
Interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans with precision
Operate cutting, grinding, and finishing tools safely and efficiently
Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to safety protocols
Collaborate with engineers and site teams to meet project deadlines
Ideal Candidate
Experience in welding and metal fabrication
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Welding/Fabrication (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CSCS card and full UK driving licence are desirable
