Paralegal- Domestic Abuse

About You

Have a proven track record in billing for Family Law cases Have initiative to conduct and manage cases in a timely and compliant manner The drive to advance family law cases to optimal outcomes Expertise in handling family law cases, from start to finish Familiarity with family procedure rules, SRA principles alongside procedures in relation to Family Law Act applications.

The role

Under the supervision of a solicitor, you will,

Dive into non-molestation & occupation orders.

Prep legal aid applications & financial docs.

An opportunity to progress into Advocacy.

Ensuring the that all details within the matter are factually correct, keeping case management files up to date and ensure files are compliant.

Document analysis. Research, review of expert reports, drafting of court documentation, attending conferences, taking notes.

Salary - starting from 27,000 p/a

Working Hours -9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday

Hybrid Working - working from home offered after probation.

Holidays - 25 days holiday a year + bank holidays.
