Due to continued growth of the company, we have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Financial Services Administrator to join the Modulus Financial Planning Team! Since first opening our doors in 2021, Modulus has grown considerably and due to this we are looking for a new team member to come on board.

We are not your typical financial advice company. We want to help clients to be able to live the life they want, both now and in the future. We are young(ish) and vibrant, with a focus on technology to try and enhance the financial planning experience. The successful applicant will meet all the essential criteria, working as part of the team to help shape and drive the success of the business, whilst having a bit of fun doing so.

We need someone who will add to the team to help enhance the overall service proposition that our clients both need and expect. The successful applicant won't be afraid to challenge current processes if they see a better way of doing things and who has the confidence to help lead the business into its next phase of growth. We are seeking someone who is passionate and wants to be part of something different, something special and unique and who is ready to come on that journey with us.

THE ROLE



Provide excellent administrative support to a team of Financial Planners in an IFA environment

Prepare written reports and documents to tight timescales to meet customer requirements.

Undertake necessary research among available products to assist in suitable recommendations being made to clients.

Ensure customer information is stored securely and updated accurately as required.

Act as a first point of contact for clients visiting the office.

Assist with client enquiries and build lasting relationships to enhance the service

Communicate confidently with clients on both incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

Process new business applications

Ensure compliance paperwork is complete and accurate

Manage new business cycle, liaise with product providers and clients to ensure completion

THE PERSON



Essential criteria

Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Financial Advisers in an IFA environment

Experience of working with financial services back-office systems

Attention to detail & strong organisational skills

Excellent communication skills both with clients and colleagues

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Good telephone manner

Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently, quickly and accurately

Experience working with a range clients

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Focus on client confidentiality and compliance

Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the financial services sector

Ability to work to and challenge current processes

Desirable

Financial services qualifications

Eager to progress within the profession & business

Knowledge of financial planning, pensions, investments & personal protection products

Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Co-Pilot and Power Apps

Salary:

28,000 - 33,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Company pension:

8% employer contribution

Holidays:

34 days per annum (including statutory days)

Hours:

9am to 5pm (with an hour for lunch).

: Banbridge primarily however we also have an office in Belfast and would consider hybrid working (following successful completion of probationary period)
