We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organised and experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting a senior advisor in managing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting financial planning activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your analytical skills and contribute to the effective financial management of our organisation. This full-time position will suit an experienced administrator ideally with some FS qualifications. Familiarity with IO is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Deal effectively with queries from clients and third parties professionally and efficiently, both verbally and in writing
Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages and ensure timely follow up. Call handling is shared within the administration team.
Maintain clear and accurate records of client communications, in line with company and compliance policies.
Liaise with product providers and external parties to ensure smooth administration.
Providing general administrative support across the business
Process new business and supporting ongoing service for existing personal clients, within agreed timescales.
Preparation of information to support the completion of client review meetings.
Monitor instructions and tasks through to completion, ensuring progress is tracked and relevant parties are kept updated, contributing to a smooth and consistent client journey,
Contribute to maintaining high standards of client service and efficiency.
Prepare accurate financial reports and analyse financial data to support decision-making processes.
Maintain and update financial records using Finametrica IO & use of other client service licenced software.
Use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth financial operations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries related to financial services promptly and professionally.
Organise and prioritise administrative tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
Support compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements through diligent record keeping.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience working in Financial Services.
Experience using back-office systems ( ideally IO)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent report writing and analysis skills.
Knowledge of financial services and financial planning principles.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience in customer service environments is desirable.
Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly.
Demonstrable attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken.
Scope for discretionary bonus award(s) following successful completion of probationary period. Scope for hybrid working once established.

Pay: 30,000.00-42,000.00 per year
