EXPERIENCE FLOOR LAYER REQUIRED
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Floor Layer to join our team in Kingston upon Thames. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in the installation of various types of flooring materials. This role requires attention to detail, a good understanding of schematics, and the ability to work with both hand and power tools. The Floor Layer will play a crucial role in ensuring that all flooring installations meet high standards of quality and durability.
Duties
Install a variety of flooring materials including vinyl, laminate, carpet, and hardwood. Screed flooring. Prepare subfloors by cleaning, repairing, and ensuring they are level. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut and fit flooring materials. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
