Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, taking care to ensure they feel welcomed and valued. Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating strong upselling skills to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication regarding orders and special requests.

Experience

Ideal candidates will possess:

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices. Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience is a plus. Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for guest services, ensuring every visitor has an enjoyable experience.
