We are now looking for an experienced

Water or Gas Technician

to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out

water supply connections, water mains laying, and service installations

using under pressure drills, etc Work on

new mains and service connections

, reinstatements, and excavations. Operate plant and machinery safely -- including diggers/excavators. Assist with

planned projects

across domestic and commercial sites. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and company standards. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience working in the

water and/or gas industry

.

Experience on connections and/or project works

is essential.

Valid digger/excavator ticket (CPCS or NPORS)

is required. Full UK driving licence. Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in all weather conditions and travel between job sites. Street Works (NRSWA) accreditation.

Desirable:

EUSR Water Hygiene (Blue) card SHEA Water or Gas qualification. Experience with both domestic and commercial utilities projects. NCO Level 2 - Water/ Gas
