About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Experienced General Builder

to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a broad skill set in construction, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work across a variety of residential and high end projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general building work including bricklaying, plastering, carpentry, and concrete work Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications Manage site preparation, groundworks, and structural building tasks Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times Collaborate with other tradespeople and subcontractors on-site Handle repairs, renovations, and extensions on existing structures Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Provide progress updates to project managers or supervisors

Requirements:

Proven experience as a general builder (5+ years preferred) Proficient in a wide range of construction techniques and materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence (desirable) CSCS card (desirable) Strong understanding of health and safety practices Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Albanian speaking (desirable)
