Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and building practices, demonstrating proficiency in various trades. This role involves working on diverse projects, from residential to commercial builds, ensuring high standards of quality and safety throughout the construction process.

Duties

Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools for various construction tasks. Fabricate components as required for building projects, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting, to create durable structures. Undertake carpentry duties such as framing, roofing, and finishing work to complete building projects. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Carry out plastering and rendering works to a high standar.

Skills

Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to construction work. Strong ability to fabricate materials according to project specifications. Skilled in masonry techniques with an understanding of structural integrity. Competent carpenter with experience in roofing and finishing work. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for quality workmanship.
