What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our construction team, you'll be involved in all aspects of high-quality hard landscaping, including:

Paving & Stonework

- Installing natural stone, porcelain, setts, and other surfaces to precise levels and finishes

Retaining Walls & Brickwork

- Building blockwork, sleeper walls, and rendered or cladded features

Timber Work

- Installing fencing, decking, pergolas, and bespoke timber structures

Drainage & Groundworks

- Setting out, digging, levelling, and preparing all elements to spec

Finishing & Detailing

- Paying close attention to alignment, jointing, cuts, and the overall finish

Working from Plans

- Interpreting detailed drawings and working to precise specifications

Team Collaboration

- Working closely with site leads and project managers to keep builds running smoothly

Who We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if:

You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in high-end hard landscaping
You're confident with setting out levels and working from detailed drawings
You take real pride in your work and care about doing things properly
You're reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
You're physically fit, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors in all seasons
You have a full UK driving licence (essential)
