Experienced Hard Landscaper -

Based in the Vale of Glamorgan and Bridgend

Llanscapes UK is seeking an experienced Hard Landscaper to join our growing team working across the Vale of Glamorgan and Bridgend. This is a hands-on, full-time role with the opportunity to make a genuine impact from day one. Immediate start available.

There is scope for progression into a Lead Landscaper role for the right candidate, with higher hourly pay or day-rate options for team leaders and those operating independently on site.

We also welcome enquiries from subcontractors with their own tools, van, and relevant experience -- day rates available depending on scope and experience.

Skills Required - Experienced Hard LandscaperTechnical Skills

Proficient in setting out levels using a rotary laser

Skilled in slab laying, block laying, and general hard landscaping

Experienced machine operator - confident using diggers, dumpers, and associated plant

Comfortable working off site plans and technical drawings

Able to plan ahead for materials, scheduling, and follow-on trades

Leadership & Site Management

Experience leading a team of landscapers or labourers on-site

Capable of managing site workflow, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently

Responsible for daily reporting, tracking progress, issues, and hours

Competent in coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers

Professional Conduct

Customer-friendly and polite, with a professional attitude on private and public sites

Clear communicator, able to delegate tasks and give guidance to less experienced staff

Maintains a tidy, organised site and takes pride in delivering high-quality work
