Tenure: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Salary: From 36,000 per annum, Company Vehicle & Fuel Card

Annual Leave: 28 days

Start Date: January 2026

Hard Landscaper

to join our talented team.

The Role:

As an experienced Hard Landscaper you will lead and coordinate a team of skilled staff to deliver high-quality soft and hard landscaping projects throughout the year. You will play a pivotal role in organising, planning and executing a wide range of landscaping projects, ensuring that each one meets our exacting standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervising and managing a skilled team to ensure efficient project delivery. Overseeing the day-to-day planning and organisation of landscaping works. Collaborating closely with clients to bring their landscaping visions to life. Ensuring all projects are complete on time, within budgets and to the highest of standards. Managing tools, equipment and plant to maintain operational efficiency. Upholding health and safety regulations across all projects.

About You:

We are looking for a detail-oriented leader with strong project management skills and a passion for landscaping. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable and dedicated to fostering long-term growth within our company.

Essential Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in similar role. Full, clean UK driving licence. Comprehensive knowledge of landscape construction, including tools, equipment, and plant. Proven experience in supervising and managing teams. A strategic mindset with a drive for professional growth. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
