A unique opportunity for an experienced hospitality coordinator has become available at our award-winning holiday site, Henlle Hall Holidays

We are looking for a personable proactive person to join our wonderful team in creating a guest experience above and beyond expectation.

This is an extremely varied role suited to a person who is friendly, creative, organised, have high standards, have hospitality experience and skills in many different areas with a genuine passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, a desire to achieve, have good communication skills, be interested, willing and able to learn about each department and how it operates. Part of the role is social media and marketing, so a strong knowledge and experience of social media platforms is essential.

SKILLS



Fully computer literate with extensive experience of Microsoft Office programmes.

Previous experience of Adobe Photoshop would be beneficial.

The ability to communicate information to members of the public on the telephone, in person and in writing.

A conscientious approach to work with excellent attention to detail.

Good organisational and office procedure skills.

Cheerful, confident personality with good customer care skills.

The ability to remain calm and level headed in demanding situations.

Able to work flexible hours at busy times.

The ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Being able to prioritise work tasks, adjust to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.

Driving licence with own transport.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Create content and post to social media platforms.

Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.

Collate accurate booking information schedules for various departments.

Deal with guest queries and complaints.

Contact guests: prior, during and following their stay via email, telephone or personally.

Check-in arriving guests/check out departing guests.

Process payments for restaurant and deposits.

Deal with general enquiries.

Take accurate messages and pass on information.

Direct deliveries to the correct areas.

Answer questions about availability and prices.

Help guests plan their holidays.

Assist guests with problems or enquiries they may have whilst they are on site.

Oversee the front desk team- delegating work schedules to include making up welcome packs for guests, answering the telephones, photocopying, checking information is current and correct on websites and in house.

Carry out duties as required to ensure the smooth operations of the holiday sites

The right candidate will be proactive with various projects: -

Organise advertising and events, such as special seasonal events like Easter, Halloween, and cultural events such as Diwali.

Tasks associated with event preparation such as decorating and theming different areas and on-site accommodation.

In-house design work for posters, imagery around the park and photography using Adobe Photoshop in conjunction with marketing.

Organise and compile content for our welcome guide.

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
