Poon's at Somerset House is seeking a warm, confident, and highly organised Full-Time Host to become the face of our busy dining room and our beautiful Private Dining Room (PDR). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, high-profile restaurant known for exceptional hospitality and vibrant contemporary Chinese cuisine.

What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming, memorable experience from the moment they arrive. Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow with calm efficiency. Oversee and host our stunning PDR, ensuring every private event runs smoothly and guests are cared for to the highest standards. Work closely with the GM and FOH team to deliver seamless service. Maintain an upbeat, professional presence at the front desk and on the floor.

What We're Looking For:

Previous host or FOH experience in a quality restaurant. Excellent communication skills and a natural sense of hospitality. Strong organisational ability and confidence managing a busy reservations system. Someone who loves working with people and thrives in a dynamic environment. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Pay: 13.00-20.00 per hour
