Job Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in London for an Experienced Immigration Caseworker working closely with the Immigration Solicitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients in all aspects of the field, with a particular focus on clients who need assistance. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, preparing and submitting immigration applications, conducting research, and attending court or tribunal hearings when necessary.

Fluency in English is required and other languages are an advantage 2 full years' experience in UK immigration law, including knowledge of points-based system (PBS) visas, family-based visas, work permits, and appeals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, legal colleagues, and other professionals Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively apply complex legal principles to specific cases Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities with attention to detail and accuracy Legal qualifications such as OISC level 1 or 2, or equivalent Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Legal Studies or a related field Available to start work immediately on 6 months' probation Option of switching to a Trainee Solicitor position may be available

Pay: 27,000.00-30,006.00 per year
