Role Overview:

As an Immigration Solicitor/IAA Caseworker, you will play a vital role in our firm's success. The candidate must have an experience in dealing with following visa application categories:

Strong experience in dealing with Global Talent Visa Stage 1 and Stage 2 applications. Must have a vast knowledge of Sponsor Licence applications, including assigning and allocating CoS. All PBS categories, including Tier 2 and Tier 4. Spouse Visas - Entry Clearance, Extension and ILR. Family and Private Life - (FLR) Applications Indefinite Leave to Remain - (ILR) Applications. Naturalisation and British Citizenship Applications.

Competitive Salary:

IAA 1, IAA 2 or equivalent: 35,000 - 45,000

OISC 3 or equivalent: 50,000+.
