We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal / Caseworker to join a busy and well-established legal practice. This is a hands-on role requiring proven experience in managing a full caseload of UK immigration and nationality matters with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be confident, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of UK immigration matters from instruction to conclusion
Preparing and drafting high-quality immigration applications, representations, and supporting legal documents
Handling matters including (but not limited to):
Skilled Worker and other work routes
Family visas (spouse, partner, dependent applications)
Indefinite Leave to Remain
British citizenship and naturalisation
Visa extensions, variations, and administrative reviews
Liaising professionally with clients, the Home Office, barristers, and third parties
Conducting legal research and ensuring applications comply with current Immigration Rules and Home Office guidance
Maintaining accurate case records and meeting strict deadlines
Essential Requirements
Proven, practical experience handling UK immigration cases (this is not a trainee role)
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
Up-to-date knowledge of UK Immigration Rules and procedures
Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, client-focused approach

Pay: 25,000.00-40,000.00 per year
