We are representing a multi-award-winning and highly reputable law firm in their search for an experienced Immigration Solicitor or IAA Caseworker. Our client boasts a distinguished presence in Central London and a growing international footprint. The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team handling a diverse and complex caseload. You will play a vital role in the firm's continued success, providing expert advice and managing a wide range of immigration matters.

Key Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing the following application categories:

Global Talent Visa:

Comprehensive experience with both Stage 1 (Endorsement) and Stage 2 (Visa Application).

Sponsor Licence Management:

Vast knowledge of sponsor licence applications, including assigning and allocating Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS).

Points-Based System (PBS):

All categories, with strong experience in Tier 2 (Skilled Worker) and Tier 4 (Student) routes.

Family Migration:

Spouse Visa applications (Entry Clearance, Extension, and ILR).

Family and Private Life:

Applications for FLR(FP).

Settlement & Citizenship:

Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), Naturalisation, and British Citizenship applications.

The Ideal Candidate:

Must hold a current SRA Practising Certificate or IAA accreditation (Level 1, 2, or 3) or OISC Level 3 qualification.
