Our Immigration Department is expanding, and we are seeking a talented and motivated solicitor to join our team.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Immigration Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE
to manage a diverse caseload across bothpersonal
andbusiness immigration
matters. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, have strong legal knowledge, and demonstrate excellent client care skills.Key Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of
personal immigration
cases, including: Spouse/partner visas Family reunion applications Asylum, human rights, and EEA applications Naturalisation and British citizenship Appeals and administrative reviews Managebusiness immigration
matters such as: Sponsor licence applications and compliance Skilled Worker and Global Mobility visas Innovator and Start-Up visas Right to work and compliance advisory Prepare and submit high-quality legal applications and representations Liaise with the Home Office, clients, and relevant authorities Represent clients at Immigration Tribunals where appropriate Keep updated with legal developments and Home Office guidance Work to billing targets and maintain accurate case recordsRequirements
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with
1-3 years' post-qualification experience
in immigration law Strong understanding of bothprivate
andcorporate immigration
matters Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a full caseload independently Confident in client-facing roles and representing clients High attention to detail and time management skillsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
