Job Description
Lakeside Flood Solutions is a leading UK Flood Defence company.
We install Flood Barriers, Flood Doors and other products to residential and commercial properties throughout the UK.
We are looking for a skilled, experienced head installer to join our team.
Responsibilities
Execute and oversee product installation to a high standard in line with training provided, industry guidance, standards and best practice - notably flood doors, flood barriers, flood gates, flood pumps and brick, wall and sewage ancillary items Carry out accurate surveys independently Autonomous management of the works delivery covering all site-related aspects: H&S Any temporary works/signage Works sign-off Liaison with other trades/contractors on site Management of any sub-contractors, notably gas and electrical engineers Management of stock control and tools on van, ensuring tools are tested accordingly Ensure a personable relationship with the end customer with high communication at all times Liaison with the Operations Manager, Factory Manager and other site teams as required Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process. Autonomous management of the site team (minimum 1no. second Operative)
Key Skills
Experienced team leader Experienced uPVC door fitter General construction / building Able to oversee and complete paperwork such as customer sign off forms
Qualifications
CSCS Full clean driving licence essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: 22,880.00-83,477.15 per year
