Premiere UK are an established insurance broker in Hastings. We have a vacancy in our administration / customer service department and are looking for the right person to join us. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our team to work in a busy, varied environment providing professional customer service.

Skills and experience required:



Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Proactive - able to work under pressure and prioritise workload

Have great attention to detail

Experience within a busy environment

PC literate - Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong numeracy and literacy skills

Excellent telephone manner

Previous insurance experience preferable but not essential as full training will be provided

Duties will include:



Communicating with providers and clients via telephone, email and letter

Obtaining quotations, extracting data and policy information

Preparing paperwork for client meetings

Ensuring internal policies and procedures are adhered to and professional standards maintained

Dealing with client queries and assisting with claims

Managing incoming data and ensuring accurate processing

Salary 27,000 rising to 29,000 on successful completion of probationary period

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
