Premiere UK is an established insurance broker based in Hastings. Due to an internal promotion, we are pleased to offer an opportunity for a new team member to join our Administration and Customer Service department.

This is an excellent role for a reliable, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a busy and varied environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our team and delivering a high standard of professional customer service to our clients.

Skills and experience required:

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Proactive - able to work under pressure and prioritise workload

Have great attention to detail

Experience within a busy environment

PC literate - Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong numeracy and literacy skills

Excellent telephone manner

Previous insurance experience preferable but not essential as full training will be provided

Duties will include:

Communicating with providers and clients via telephone, email and letter

Obtaining quotations, extracting data and policy information

Preparing paperwork for client meetings

Ensuring internal policies and procedures are adhered to and professional standards maintained

Dealing with client queries and assisting with claims

Managing incoming data and ensuring accurate processing

Salary 27,000 rising to 29,000 on successful completion of probationary period

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
