TCR Irrigation is a well-established irrigation specialist with over 16 years' experience, delivering design, installation, and maintenance for prestigious residential estates and commercial developments.

We are growing fast and are looking for an Experienced Irrigation Engineer / Foreman who takes pride in high standards, enjoys leading teams, and wants responsibility, autonomy, and real career progression. The Role

You will be responsible for the safe, efficient delivery of irrigation installations, overseeing teams on site and ensuring projects are completed to specification, on time, and to the high standards our clients expect.

Lead and manage irrigation installations on high-end residential and commercial projects Take responsibility for site safety, quality, and efficiency Supervise and mentor engineers and trainees Read and work from plans, specifications, and job cards via tablet Install and commission irrigation systems, including: Control systems ; Tanks, pumps, and controls ; Pipework and valve ; Sprinklers and irrigation components*
Maintain high standards of workmanship, site organisation, and digital reporting
You will play a key role in the company's growth, while building your career toward Senior Engineer or Lead Foreman positions.

What We're Looking For

?

In-date CSCS card (essential)

?

2-3+ years' experience

in a similar irrigation role
? Strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems and components
? Confident reading plans and delivering work to specification
? Comfortable using tablets and digital job systems
? Professional, punctual, reliable, and well organised
? Confident leading teams and running jobs independently
? Full UK driving licence (ideally clean)
? First Aid certification desirable (not essential)

Hours & Working Pattern

Monday-Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week) April-September: one extra hour per day (45-hour week, paid as overtime) Weekend work: approximately 1 weekend in 4, if required Occasional overnight stays (hotel and subsistence fully provided)

Holiday & Contract

28 days holiday including Bank Holidays Full-time, permanent position
