TCR Irrigation is a highly respected irrigation specialist with over 25 years' experience, delivering design, installation, and ongoing maintenance of irrigation systems to some of the UK's finest residential estates and commercial developments.

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting Trainee Irrigation Engineer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for ambitious, hardworking individuals who want to learn a specialist trade and progress quickly into senior roles such as Foreman or Service Engineer.

We invest heavily in our people and actively promote from within. Many of our senior team members started as trainees.

The Role

As a Trainee Irrigation Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers on high-quality residential and commercial projects. You will receive hands-on training, internal development, and ongoing support to build strong technical and practical knowledge.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow, develop, and take on responsibility within a professional and expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems Working as part of a skilled team on large landscape projects Supporting Foremen and senior engineers on site Travelling to sites across Surrey, London & the Home Counties Developing skills with a clear pathway to promotion

What We're Looking For

? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Full, clean UK driving licence
? Physically fit and happy working outdoors all year round
? Reliable, punctual, professional, and presentable

? Attention to detail
? Willing to learn, take instruction, and progress
? Comfortable with early starts
?

CSCS card preferred

(or willingness to obtain - support available)
? Landscaping or site experience beneficial but

not essential

Hours & Working Pattern

Monday-Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week) April-September: 45-hour week (extra hour per day paid as overtime) Weekend work: approximately 1 weekend in 4, if required Occasional overnight stays (hotel and subsistence fully provided)

Contract & Benefits

Full-time, permanent position 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
