We are seeking 2 dedicated and passionate Nursery practitioners to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in childrens development and education. This position requires a strong understanding of early childhood education, as well as the ability to educate and mentor both staff and parents on best practices for supporting children's development.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Conduct assessments to identify children's strengths and areas for improvement in various subjects, including maths.
- Offer tutoring sessions as needed to support children's learning goals.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and interventions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
-To attend staff meetings and courses both online and off site.

Experience
The successful candidate will possess:
- A background in early childhood education or a related field.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with parents, staff
- Proven ability in mentoring and training others in best practices for supporting children's development.
- Knowledge of applied behaviour analysis and its application within an educational setting is highly desirable.
