Job Description

Our busy nursery in Romford is looking for experienced, level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner's to join their team. With an excellent knowledge of the EYFS and birth to 5 matters you will be able to support the children in your care, and give them the best possible learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery setting. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development across various areas. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and identifying areas for improvement. Communicate and build relationships with children and their parents. Manage daily routines, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through play-based learning. Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills to guide and inspire other team members.

Skills

A minimum of a level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education is essential. Proven experience working with children. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A drive to create an inclusive environment that caters to the diverse needs of all children, including SEN. Leadership qualities that enable you to motivate and work together as an effective team A genuine passion for childcare and the development of young children.

Pay: From 12.71 per hour
