Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourers for Strip out and Demolition Work we accept Gang to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety while performing demolition tasks. This role involves the careful dismantling of structures (wood , block work ,metal frame ) ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

Safely operate power tools and hand tools to dismantle structures. Remove debris and hazardous materials from demolition sites. Assist in the preparation of sites for new construction. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Perform basic masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, fabrication, painting, roofing, and welding tasks as required. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Experience

Previous experience in demolition or construction is preferred. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is essential. Skills in masonry, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, fabrication, painting, roofing, or welding are advantageous. A commitment to safety and the ability to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
