Home Developments Sussex - Cuckfield, West Sussex

Home Developments Sussex (HDS) are seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our excellent team. We provide high-end construction services to homeowners, businesses, and main contractors in Cuckfield and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As a General Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting our skilled tradesmen and ensuring our projects run smoothly. Duties include:

Assisting skilled tradesmen on site and managing tasks independently (depending on experience and skillset) Carrying out general labour duties Helping maintain a safe, tidy and organised site
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in construction/labouring is desirable A positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to learn Ambition, commitment, and a desire to progress within a multi-skilled building team Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties Personable, with good communication skills to work effectively in a small team Must have own transport / driving licence
