Experienced Landscape / Grounds Operative (Full-Time)

We are a well-established landscaping and grounds company working on a wide range of domestic and higher-end garden projects across East Sussex. Due to continued growth, we are looking to take on a

mature, reliable operative

with experience in the land-based sector.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a small team, and can be trusted to represent the business professionally on site.

The right person will have experience in one or more of the following:

Fencing Tree surgery (someone with tickets/certifications would be ideal) Garden maintenance / horticulture Soft landscaping Patios, driveways & resin surfaces Brickwork (within a garden/landscaping setting) Carpentry / timber work (pergolas, decking, garden structures, etc.)
Essential requirements:

Clean UK driving licence Previous experience in a land-based or construction-related role Good work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and professional with clients
Desirable (but not essential):

Tickets or qualifications in tree surgery or machinery Experience on higher-end residential projects Towing experience
