Key Responsibilities:
Conducting outbound calls in response to web enquiries, policy renewal dates.
Introduce and promote the benefits of our services to potential clients.
Qualify leads and set up appointments or handovers for the sales team
Utilise excellent rapport building abilities to maximise each opportunity
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate information
Arrange and follow up on future call backs.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets
Essential Key Skill Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, or outbound B2B sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly successful objection handling skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
