Secretarial assistance required in our Wills & Probate Team
Are you a highly organised and detail orientated individual with a passion for private client law? We're a reputable law firm seeking a motivated secretary to join our busy Wills and Probate department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain significant experience and play a key role in providing compassionate and efficient service to our clients during sensitive times.
The Role: What you'll be doing:
You'll be providing essential support to our solicitors and fee earners on a variety of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys (LPAs), and probate matters. Your responsibilities will include:
Typing legal documents and correspondence (audio and copy typing)
Case Management: Organizing and maintaining client files, ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and up to date.
Client liaison: Communicating professionally with clients, executors, beneficiaries and external third parties, providing updates and answering routine queries.
Administrative tasks: Managing diaries, arranging meetings and processing correspondence.
