PROPERTY Management level
? then we want to hear from YOU!You will be Managing a portfolio of properties with an Assistant and well versed in compliance, regulations and the role itself.
Client servicing, planning and organising, use of CRM and ability to multi task with excellent communication skills are some key attributes required. A clean driving licence with use of a vehicle is necessary.
This is a full-time permanent position with a probationary period and Competitive Salary of 30K (or over dependent upon experience) per annum, 20 Days holiday per year plus Birthday and Bank Holidays, Saturday working with Time of in Lieu. Some flexible working may also be an Option.
