Our cosy nursery is looking for enthusiastic, qualified and experienced practitioners to start in August/September 2025.
Ideally the right candidate should have experience with babies in a private nursery.
What we're looking for:
Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner
Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of young children.
Your leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in managing daily activities and fostering positive relationships with both children and parents.
Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that support children's learning and development.
Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as necessary.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery space.
Support children in developing social skills, independence, and confidence.
Experience
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is essential.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A genuine passion for childcare and the drive to make a positive impact on children's lives.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early years education.
